If you choose to avail of either VIP package, then here are additional things you should know.

• VIP packages are non-transferrable and valid ID will likely be requested to confirm that you have the same name with the one submitted when purchasing the package
• Five days before the concert date you will receive an email regarding your VIP package as well as the time and place to join your VIP host on the concert date
• Tickets along with other items included in your VIP package will be distributed on the concert date itself and not a day earlier
